ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Announces Industrial and Office Leasing Transactions

Arlington Heights – CORE Group Inc. leased a 3,168SF office-warehouse unit; located at 1512 Algonquin Rd., for their marketing and design studio.  Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was representing CORE Group, while the building ownership was represented by Stephen Schostok of Metro Resources Investment and Management.

Bensenville – GAIM Engineering celebrated their 20’s year in business and expanded their operation to a new location. The 15,920SF free standing industrial building they lease is located at 789-791 Golf Road.  Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the GAIM Engineering while Trinity Scurto of Brown Commercial Group represented the building owners.

Batavia – The Halliwell Company LTD relocated their accounting firm from West Chicago and leased a 1,400SF executive office suite located at 201 Houston. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole agent in the transaction.

Elk Grove Village – Wynbrok Pass Inc., a transportation company leased an office suite located at 225 N Arlington Heights Road, Suite 108. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant.
