Bloomingdale- Ducat Chiropractic & Wellness leased a 1,000SF office unit, located at 170 S. Third St., The Ice House. This is their second location. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented building ownership, while the tenant was represented by Coldwell Banker Primus.

Schaumburg- American Family Insurance leased an 800SF office, located at 1305 Remington, relocating form their Carol Stream office. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the tenant while the landlord was represented by Janko Asset Management.

Schaumburg- Proceed Innovative, LLC, a full-service Chicago interactive marketing firm, leased a executive suite, located in AmeriCenters, at 1320 Tower Rd. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole agent in the transaction.

Bensenville- Cavero Coating Co, LLC leased a 2,000SF office-warehouse unit, located at 607 D. Country Club Dr. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole agent in e transaction.

Franklin Park- Quality Transport& Services leased a 4,966SF office-warehouse unit, located at 10929 Franklin Ave., Unit M. Liana Mirea of ACRE-American Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.
